DESCRIPTION:March 22 is World Water Day. Come celebrate clean water with us by picking up cigarette butts in downtown Olympia on Sunday\, March 21 from noon to 1:30 p.m. Meet us on the steps of City Hall where you and members of your household can independently continue to help support clean oceans by picking up cigarette butts (and other litter). \nSurfrider will provide pickers\, buckets and gloves for those who need them. Due to limited supplies\, we encourage you to bring your own gloves and hand sanitizer. \nWe ask that all participants follow Surfrider’s safe recreation guidelines and wear face masks.
