We're taking advantage of the (sometimes) sunny weather and hosting a Social Paddle with West Bay Paddleboards for our June Meeting! Join us this Wednesday June 27th from 6-8pm at West Bay Paddleboards, who has generously donated two stand-up paddleboard rentals for this event. These free rental boards are first come-first served, so get there on time! Feel free to bring your own board, kayak or canoe, or rent one there. Check out the Facebook event and invite your friends!
While completing her master's degree in Sustainable Development & Conservation Biology from the University of Maryland, Liz taught sustainability to undergraduate students while also volunteering as a docent at the Smithsonian Natural History Museum’s Ocean Hall. As Washington and Alaska Regional Manager, she supports the organization's five Washington chapters, three BC chapters, and Kenai Peninsula Chapter in their amazing work.
